Policies & INFORMATIONReturns are accepted only for defects or errors for which we are responsible, for a period of up to 10 days from the time We ship via UPS (Please note, UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes). Minimum order is $150 worth of merchandise. A $30 fee on returned cheques will be charged. Returns are accepted only for defects or errors for which we are responsible, for a period of up to 10 days from the date of the invoice, and must be reported within 5 days of receipt of the merchandise. All returns are subject to inspection by OkkiBaby Co., and we reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee. Non defective returned goods deemed not resalable will also be charged back to the customer. Upon a return, any balance due the customer can be applied toward another order or can be refunded. No merchandise will be accepted for return if altered in any way. Once an order is placed, please allow two to three weeks for receipt of the order. First orders must be pre-paid via credit card or company cheque. 30-day credit terms are available on subsequent orders only by prior agreement.
